Data processing
Pocket Colors does not require an account and does not include advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics. The developer does not collect ROMs, save files, gameplay activity, location, contacts, or advertising identifiers through developer-operated servers.
Data stored on the device
Imported ROMs, cartridge saves, save states, previews, control layouts, and preferences remain inside the app’s protected container until deleted by the user.
iCloud
When voluntarily enabled, synchronization uses Apple services and the user’s iCloud account. Pocket Colors does not use this data for profiling, advertising, or sale to third parties.
Purchases
Premium purchases are processed by Apple. Pocket Colors receives only the technical information required to verify entitlement and does not receive complete payment details.
Sharing
When users export content, the destination is selected through the system share sheet and is subject to the terms of the selected service.
